What is Fascia?
Fascia is the connective tissue that holds your body together. Wrapping around muscle fibers all the way down to a cellular level, the thickest layer of fascia is directly underneath the skin where it can be easily manipulated. Scars that cut to the fascia, such as with surgery or childhood accidents, often pucker or stretch because of the solidified fascia making up the scar. Myo-Fascial Release not only rids you of these scars, but also helps to restore your connective tissue to it's original, healthy state.
