COVID-19 Safety guidelines
The safety of our clients and our employees are our main concern. Please help us by following our safety guidelines. This form must be read and signed on the day of your treatment or online under forms at your Vagaro profile.

Stay Home: If you feel or are sick, please stay home. Our “sickness cancellation policy” will waive any fees for same day cancellations. Just let us know and we’ll reschedule your appointment.
Wait inside your car: Ecuabella will be implementing the use of a red card and a green card for the outside door. When you see the red card, please wait inside your car because we are either with a client or we are still cleaning and sanitizing our space. When you see the green card on the outside door, it means that we are ready to give you a great treatment in a clean environment.
Face mask: The use of a face mask will be requested for every client.
We will be also taking your temperature with a touchless infrared thermometer to check the temperature of our employees and clients.
Temperature check: The use of a touchless infrared thermometer will be implemented prior to any treatment. Anyone, having a temperature above 99° F should be sent home immediately and not allowed to return to the spa until they have no fever and no evidence of COVID -19 symptoms.
Wash Your Hands: The CDC recommends washing your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds to help prevent the spread of germs. Wash your hands before any treatment is performed. Do this after using the restroom, and after blowing your nose, coughing or sneezing.
Social distancing: Social distancing at check out will be implemented.
Products: All of our skin care products are sanitized, please do not touch any retail products unless you have washed your hands or have applied hand sanitizer. You can also let us know to happily assist you.
Electronic forms: Prior to your treatment, make sure you have filled out all of our electronic forms, whether you are a first time client or a recurring client.
Appointment only: We will no longer be accepting any walk-ins. All services will be by appointment only and we will be doing a few hours per week and we will increment our working hours as we have more positive news about COVID 19. We are also adding extra time per service to make sure all surfaces are properly sanitized.
No companions: We will no longer allow any service client to have an extra companion inside Ecuabella, unless it is a minor.
During the Treatment: Avoid conversations with your therapist if you do not have a mask on.This is to avoid “respiratory droplets” in the air. But, if you feel any type of discomfort or have questions about your treatment, please let us know.
Keep in mind that our Massage therapists must wear full PPE (Personal, Protective Equipment) including: gloves, masks, eye protection, and full sleeved gowns. All of our staff will have appropriate protection during each session.
Ecuabella has taken more than reasonable precautions to ensure clients' safety during the current circumstances surrounding us. If a client elects to utilize services, the client must agree and sign a document stating that Ecuabella will not in any way be held liable or responsible for any illnesses, including COVID-19.
Ecuabella has taken every possible step to ensure that no risks are present at the spa. Therefore, as a client, it is solely your decision that you obtain services from Ecuabella, but in no way will you hold Ecuabella liable for any illnesses.
As a client, it is your responsibility to make your own informed decisions regarding treatments at Ecuabella. Clients agree to services as is, with the aforementioned knowledge that they may hold no liabilities against the spa, including negligence.
By signing this form, you release Ecuabella from all liabilities and will not hold Ecuabella responsible for any illnesses that are contracted at this time or in the future.
Ecuabella's staff is taking all precautions to ensure your safety and excellent services while you are here. Thank you for your trust in us and for your attention to this matter. More than anything, Ecuabella desires to serve your needs in a safe, productive environment.
COVID-19 screening questions
The following questions are to be answered prior to each appointment, there will be no paper forms, please login into your Vagaro account to fill them out. If you encounter any difficulties you can do it on the day of your treatment.
1. Have you traveled to any of these locations in the last 14 days?
2. Have you had contact with anyone with confirmed COVID-19 in the last 14 days?
3. Have you had any of these symptoms in the last 14 days?
Fever greater than 100
4. Are you currently experiencing fever over 100, difficulty breathing or cough?
If you answered yes to any to question 1 and-or 2 of these questions, please notify your therapist before your treatment, and call your primary care provider or your State Department of Health for further direction. Thank you for your attention to this matter!
