Cupping Massage

This modality utilizes various types of cupping equipment, it is non-painful and it can even be done in children. When the cups are applied in the body, it helps to lift the tissue increasing blood flood to relax the muscles. Cupping can offer relief from pain, inflammation, digestive problems, circulation and stress relief. It is also very effective on painful muscle knots, which are muscle fibers that tense and tightens due to muscle overuse.

The circular purple marks on the body show the indication that there is tension or toxins in the muscles. They will fade in a few days. Hands-on massage is also implemented with this technique.

Target areas - This session will “target” areas of tension and pain. A hands-on massage will be used to aid in these specific areas in combination with cupping techniques.
