We required a non-refundable deposit of half the total amount for your SparTea Package reservation upfront and the remaining balance due at the time of the event. All balances must be paid in full prior to the beginning of the party.
To ensure a successful set up we recommend you book your event at least four weeks in advance.
For our girls SparTea, we required an adult (preferably the guest of honor’s parent or guardian) to remain on premises during the party/event.
Girl’s ages must be within 4 to 18 years of age for our Girls SparTea. For our guests over 18 years old, they will be charged our Ladies SparTea fee.
Minor children, who are not receiving services, must be supervised at all times. Please do not allow running or playing in the Spa. SparTea by Ecuabella will not be held responsible for their injuries.
SparTea by Ecuabella does not use metal clipper or cutters for manicures/pedicures, therefore no cutting of the cuticles or nails are performed during services.
Please contact SparTea by Ecuabella in advance if any of your guests are pregnant, suffer from a serious medical condition or have any food allergies.
Deposits are non-refundable. If you must cancel your party, please contact us at least two weeks in advance from your scheduled event date. Cancellations under two weeks notice will be charged 50% of the initial deposit. We will work with you to reschedule an alternate date at no additional cost. Any additional date changes to your reservation will incur a fee of $100.
SparTea has a minimum of 6 guests per party
Method of Payment
We accept cash or check for all our event parties. If paying by credit card an extra 3% will be applied to the total amount. Invoice totals are based upon the number of guests you provide. You will be responsible for the payment of all final balances whether or not your guests arrive.
All invoices include a gratuity of 15% of the total invoice.
If your party contains additional guests, the additional fee will vary depending on the SparTea package of your choice plus 15% gratuity.
There is a fee of $30 for insufficient funds.
We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled event. This will allow you to give yourself time to complete our Client Consultation form. An adult (preferably the guest of honor's parent or guardian) must remain on premises during the party/event. Ecuabella Skin Care Spa will not be held responsible for unsupervised minors.
Please note, weekends are busy and sometimes there are additional parties scheduled. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be afforded an extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service. We ask that the guest of honor and her party guests plan to arrive at least 15 min prior to the start of the party to fill out our Confidential skin health questionnaire and start in a timely manner. Party guests (including the guest of honor) who arrived more than 15 minutes after the party begins may not receive full services.
To respect the atmosphere of our guests, we ask that all cell phones and pagers be turned off or muted
